Hello, I'm Zoe!

I'm a person-centred counsellor. This means I focus on how we can work together to create change in your life, particularly through how we interact and communicate. Our sessions will be client led which means you get all the say on what you share, and I will be there with you to support and explore.

I hope to create a warm, non-judgemental environment so we feel able to be honest and open with each other. I won't analyse you or offer quick fixes, instead I will be alongside you, helping you feel less alone when facing painful and upsetting things. I genuinely love my clients and feel honoured that I get to see their honesty, bravery and all the things that make us complicated humans!

I've specialised in :

  • Addiction

  • Depression

  • Suicidal feelings

I'm happy to work with many different issues, including:

  • Anxiety

  • Relationship issues

  • Stress

  • Anger

  • Low self-esteem

  • Trauma

  • Bereavement

Anything you wish to talk about is welcome, and I'm happy to explore and support you through anything you want to bring to the sessions.

I'm a BACP member and follow their Ethical Framework, which you can find here

My Counselling Room

This is my counselling room. It has comfy chairs, a diffuser, and lots of plants. There is natural lighting from the window, and if you have an evening session, there are plenty of lamps to provide warm, calming lighting.

I'll always provide a glass of water for you, and there are toilets available on the ground floor. My room is on the first floor.

You can find the room on Orchard St in Bristol (just behind the hippodrome), and there is a reception where you can wait for our sessions.
